Fyi, I'm at home recovering from c4 thru c7 laminectomy. If u havent gotten a referal to a neurologist, it should be the very first thing on ur to do list.

Way too complicated, you jumped about 100 milestones to arrive at some illusory perfect plan.
You’re definitely committed, it’s good, and obviously you have had success at other endeavors in life where this type of approach – perhaps in engineering or software design – worked for you, but this approach of yours assumes that because the average person tends to handle these drugs well on an ad hoc basis, that you’re more likely than not going to be fine combining them.
I say otherwise: this is virtually guaranteed to blow up in your face. Already, as a former 400 lb person, you’re not average – and physically – health-wise – you’re not above average… you’re way way WAY below genetically average for handling any of these drugs well.
Just try making one small change and being patient
