Peptide? Honestly, the biggest “peptides” for muscle are calories and testosterone.Im looking to start using 7-8iu hgh/day for 8 months first 2 months will upping the dose from 2 to 8 and then 6 months i will do 7-8ius but since hgh doesnt grow a lot of muscule tissue what peptide could i possible add to make more muscule mass
The thing is i dont really do it for muscule tissue mostly for height but if i take test it will supress itPeptide? Honestly, the biggest “peptides” for muscle are calories and testosterone.
HGH on its own can increase lean mass over time, but it’s slow and not very efficient for pure hypertrophy. Most of its benefits show up in recovery, fullness, connective tissue support, and long-term tissue remodeling.
If your goal is real muscle gain, an adequate androgen base plus food and progressive overload will do far more than trying to stack additional peptides on top of GH.
That’s not to knock GH. It works best as a multiplier, not the foundation.
I didn’t realize you’re under 18 and basically still a kid. Forget what I said earlier about testosterone. That advice does not apply to someone your age. I sometimes forget how many younger guys are reading these threads. The thing is i dont really do it for muscule tissue mostly for height but if i take test it will supress it
Currently 171cm and im estiminated to be 175cm i grew 2-5cm since i started with gym 6 months ago naturally but i most likely will make an appointment with a doctor since i won't want to be on hgh for 8 months without any effectsI didn’t realize you’re under 18 and basically still a kid. As for HGH, it can increase height only if your growth plates are still open and it’s done under medical supervision. Even then, it’s not guaranteed. Genetics sets the ceiling. If your plates are closed, HGH will not make you taller. The only way to know where you stand is getting your growth plates checked by a doctor.
