What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Lol I only had a post-workout shake instead of my usual small meal. 5 weeks into my cycle. Four-five hours later I start reheating chicken+rice+veggies for the 20th time this cycle and my brain goes BONKERS over it, like almost felt sexually excited but for how healthy and good the food was going to be. Can't recall being that excited about eating in a LONG time

ChilI was made roughly two weeks back when we had a cold snap and it actually got below freezing here for a few days. (TX). I’ve won a few awards with this chili recipe. It’s 1 lb smoked chuck roast, 2 lbs ground Nilgai and one pound of breakfast sausage. We don’t put beans on our chili around here. We just make it meaty!

Poor man’s brisket. Which is a smoked chuck roast. I was pretty impressed with how the chuck roast turned out for the chili so made it as a stand alone and we had chopped beef bbq sandwiches.

With the price of beef these days in America that's definitely not a poor man's choice
