Haha OGH, I wish I could take the credit here but I didn't cook that. That was at Red Lobster last night. Im not a fan of Red Lobster because I live on the coast and we have better seafood restraunts, but this is a very good dish from them.

Shit I have simple carbs for first two meals. My only complex source for carbs now is lunch (rice or pasta). Then no carbs for the rest of the day. To be fair I am putting on lbm its just I thought I'd lose weight.It's gotta be this thread!
