I am still between 2-3 12 cup pots throughout the day..

I peaked around a pot daily. Half a pot first time thing and another half later in the day.

I am the same I had to reduce my coffee to 2 cups in the morning ( small cups ) ... only take one afternoon if I am really tired ( because of hard work day )

The wife got me a Mr.Coffee 4-cup coffee maker a few months ago , I put the 12-cupper in the pantry (I only have 2 cups coffee/morning). I drink cranberry juice and water only the rest of the day . Doing this I was able to bring my Creatinine levels back to normal .

I can't drink black coffee anymore ( would my stomach burn off ) , I do make like a latte with little coconut sugar

Recently I started using heavy whipping cream in my coffee with a little cinnamon. So good

Caffiene is a drug and a sign of stress. It's not a drug you want to take every single day, cycle your coffee because you are basically making yourself dependent on a very weak CNS. Try not drinking and you will get withdrawals!

I put down a pot of 10 cups a night. Its alot easier then to leave my red light on and radio in a pilot escort in to my truck. There we will drink more of that piping hot black joe together. Talk about the weather maybe sports. Then ill *allegedly* choke her out with a cheap $3 bath towel from walmart. Scissored around her neck. Take the rear, lock in the hooks pull back, up and in till she stops moving. Thats what traps are for...pulling strength. Then ill red eye it out to my next delivery and dump it some where in the weeds. Been doing it for years. Haha
