I'm a 39 year old mountain biker and my natural free test is around 450. I try to but down 4-6 hours a week in the saddle and would like to see improvement on the watts that I can put out at level 3 tempo as well as being able to put out higher exertion segments for 5-10 minutes.
I have tried cardarine and ostarine and while I definitely seen improvements in recovery with ostarine I don't really feel like I noticed a significant improvement with the cardarine.
I am not trying to compete in any sanctioned races and am not worried about drug tests. I just want to see my fitness and riding improve.
What kind of PEDs and what dosages do you think would be best for lets say a sprinter that likes to also do longer distances recreationally.
