What is your opinion on Vigorous Steve?

The results were exceptional — the kind of gains one rarely experiences — but, regrettably, I was too entrenched in the GH15 mindset back then.
When the pandemic hit, I decided to part ways with him.
Admittedly, the cost of coaching was quite significant as well.
what is the GH15 mindset?

regardless if he's paid or not, i think he brings good information and it seems to be an honest attempt at doing so.

I try to be the best at my job as well and I expect to get paid for it. It doesn't mean I don't care about my job.

Not everyone has to jive with someones personality or leadership style, but I don't detect any malice in the information he provides.

Honestly. Without vigorous steve and the anabolic round table, kurt and dr dean. The AAS and peptide scene wouldnt be where it is now.

Interms of information i'd say 10/10

Alot of pro's and athletes have benefited from his deep dives and knowledge

Anyone that does any performance enhancing should watch atleast some of his video's

Oh no we would have less crappy peptides and fake natties now claiming they are on bpc instead of 200mg tren a day

Brand new member here, I have not started PEDs yet. Just thought I'd throw in my two cents on Steve.

My takeaways from listening to him:

1. I need to get my ass out of bed and do my daily fasted fucking cardio bro.

2. It's important to get my health completely in order first, lipids under control, blood pressure optimal, weight down, then start using drugs.

3. Gotta live the lifestyle, eat right, take the right supplements, not be a fat piece of shit if you want to use gear.

So I think I came across Steve at the right time in my PED journey, before it's even really started. He does seem like an asshole sometimes, but overall I find him funny and do think he cares about the guys listening to him. I think he tries to give good advice. I don't watch his youtube videos, I listen to him on Spotify. I find him a lot more palatable at .8x speed.

Similar here. I learned tons and tons from him as he was one of the first people I watched and I was a complete beginner. I watched almost all his old videos.

All his new stuff seems to be about peptides which doesn't really interest me so I stopped watching but I did learn a lot.

Uh no

That's just bs. If you're not in a hard cut to utilize specific fat burners which work better when fasted, it's the same thing with doing cardio whatever hour in the day.

2. It's important to get my health completely in order first, lipids under control, blood pressure optimal, weight down, then start using drugs.

This is good advice but not absolutely necessary, you can still start gear and fix lipids, bp and everything else down the road with the right ancillaries. It doesn't matter that much if you manage to get healthy as a natty before start gear since in heavy blasts it's almost impossible to not require ancillaries if you want a not very screwed health outcome.

3. Gotta live the lifestyle, eat right, take the right supplements, not be a fat piece of shit if you want to use gear.

Depends on the goal. For Steve the right supplements is a list of 100 products that require 400 euro per month, how many do you think they can follow it? Only pros that are sponsored and don't pay any of these.

Also, i'm seeing a lot of fat dudes doing great with gear but they're towards powerlifting and strongman, it's not an absolute to use peds only if you're sub 10% and i think that's a bold statement.

Abso-fukn-lutely 35 min steady state at 70% max heart rate. The fasted part .... maybe more beneficial if you are using GH. I think the science lines up for it and I get good results doing it like that. I also enjoy it more when I'm fasted.

2. It's important to get my health completely in order first, lipids under control, blood pressure optimal, weight down, then start using drugs.

If I remember from your introduction correctly, you are about 50ish? I think this would be very important, especially so you don't end up polypharmacy, chasing problems created by drugs by using more drugs. If you haven't, get your Lpa and Apob checked. Sign yourself up for a calcium score. See if you can find a pathway to getting some cardiac imaging done. The less bodyfat you have, the less sides you are likely to have. Blood pressure under control is a must. High blood pressure leads to other organ damage, it's not just a cardiac risk.

Don't put racing fuel in a beater and expect high performance.

About to turn 42. Not quite 50 yet

I agree with all the comments. But I still find him entertaining to watch. I’m new to AAS, well 2 years TRT and on my first blast now. Who do you guys recommend to watch?

Who do you guys recommend to watch?
i find this guy funny and he probably helps alot of noobs with bloodwork Dr James

just basic info but for a 10 minute video you're better packed on bloodwork and how to use the compound than vig steves 1 hour deep dive into rat studies.

i think on stuff like eq he breaks down most important bloodwork like ferritin iron b12 etc. while having star wars references in there for us nerds

Ignoring that Steve is obviously quite knowledgeable, there is a noticeably growing conflict of interest within the youtube gear/peptides/whatever content creators in general and nobody seems to be willing to address this.

It's not normal that a pretty top tier podcast on youtube can let a guy who actively works at a peptide company do a sales pitch of over an hour on peptides under the guise of education. *cough* Think big *cough*.
