What is the best supplement,peptide or any other item that helps with kidney protection?

I take astragalus 30,000mg-I heard slu-pp-332- helps and lastly SS-31.
Not sure if glutathione will help?

I posted this for another who asked. This is my regimen. Find what works in your tool box and succeed.

Coming from a serious kidney issue and now having solid communication with my DR. This is only a recommendation. So do your research.

Telimisarton/Amlodipine. 40mg/5mg

Tadalafil 20mg to 40mg split for me.

Pentoxifylline 400mg 2 to 3 times daily.

Glutathione most focus on liver, but it plays here as well.

Water Lots of water, no need to mention but hydration alone plays the largest role.

Cardio needs no mention.

Maintaining a healthy E2 balance. Don't sleep on this.

No kidney problems at all like this.

Take tadalafil and I’ll start taking glutathione.
That with the others i mentioned should work.
I also take Alsatian instead of telimilsartin.

200mg injectable daily, verify up or down via labs. Typically 200mg will get most in a happy place depending on total load of gear.
