Lost my natty card more than three years ago now. And I was probably being a bit generous on the bodyfat it's realistically more like low 20s

That's the bit I was concerned about. I have suffered from gyno in the past and am afraid of high e2 especially running 2 heavy aromatisers so I guess I'll lower the frequency a bit but for my own mental sake I gotta keep it fairly high
