What did you inject today?

see no problem there, my bicep is nowadays big enough could handle 3cc..

winstrol= - skin
anadrol= + muscle fullness..

main driver for my diet is the GH/Drol.. its keeping me full while eating low amounts of carb..

16 weeks 25 drol :)

lets see if tren bring some changes, but atm i wont get anymore stronger / try to keep my strenght from now on...

does anadrol impact your appetite?
i guess you must be hungry with that low bf%, in prep. does anadrol changes that in any way?

its wild to me to stick needle into bicep :D easy to hit, not like ass, you dont have to twist, turn, anything... buuut its super weird to me.

im not hungry at all, its my second prep.. also my food focus didnt happend yet, mayb hit now later on... idk if its related to the DROL.. bicep is easy going, i stick the needle full in where the most meat is, next to that biceps vein

I don’t use drol but I can say that me personally I go through hunger ups and downs during prep. Some days I’m starving but toward the end I’m not starving just can’t sleep for shit.

i would say in todays world, hunger cant be that much of a issue with glp drugs... i listen to podcasts, many competitors use them. no shame in that.

my sleep just shortens, but getting intenser so i feel pretty good waking up, sometimes i hit my first meal then, check-in for my coach and hit the bed another hour.. i dont work on shifts or smthn, but my weekends are pretty boring.. diet hunger is easy, but after my first prep i ate so much that i had to do another prep after 12 weeks of fat gain.. processed foods with sugar/fats... have some reta now on hand... first 2 weeks on rebound were fine.. but then i binged hard.. my stomach was bloated and i had no taste on my tongue..

my bloodsugar is low and i dont have spikes = no hunger, if you eat processed food u get bloodsugar crashed = hunger..

Yes, my first ever prep I jacked it all up giving in lol. My coach lets me have like a small amount of PB or avocado before bed and it does help some with the waking up. Toward the end though it’s cut out.

I’ll give that a watch appreciate it. I see it all the time though post show. Dudes shoving crumbl cookies and crap right after. I treat post show for about 3 weeks same as when I’m doing a bulk. I keep it clean and gradually add weekly calories. Then I’ll add a re feed on either leg or back day replacing one meal at double the current calorie of that meal.
 
yes, next rebound i also dont wanna cruise on 100 test E5D.. max 2 weeks then add some EQ, my body-comp was bad on week 3-6.. then i ramped my dosages up. around 900mg´s per week my body is growing..

For sure a little EQ post show and I cruise around 200T for a bit. It’s really the only time I’ll run some EQ.

i think you need to be bodybuilder 24/7 to sustain that cause after prep, adding 100/75g of carbs slooowly.. honestly i can imagine that. but i belive results will be amazing.

Yeah for sure. I know my days of competing are slowly coming to a close. Getting older, recover is harder, prep is harder and so on. I’m an injury away from do I still want to do this. When you add AAS might as well not add fuel to the fire eating garbage. Sure enjoy a nice reasonable meal time to time but there is a right time. But again with me getting older it’s more important. Plus after years of this I’m not going to run 12 peptides and 5 compounds to make up for dumb choices lol.

yes 18g, ive tried it in 3ml peptide vials. it will leave a hole.

its just fine for steroids, im used to drawing with 18g shooting with 23g. feeling weak doing 25g now for scar tissues sake.

my first 1-2 years i was guided by gymbros on steroids so some habits never change. 2 seconds to draw oil up from each vial

just take your time drawing. you dont enjoy playing with your drugs?
for me, prepoing stuff for weak is my happy 45min of the week. always so excited.
