What did you inject today?

mate, ive asked this myself too much in last weeks. idk the answer. i guess i wanna push myself and prove to myself that i can do it.
also, i wanna be ready for growth phase, be as lean as possible to have more room to grow and not be fat slob.

when i pushed food i was like pregnant also but oversized tshirts hide it well. i think its normal and has to be accepted... especially in winter. you know, bear mode.
That is the best reason there is. Same reason I do a lot of stuff that most people would not.

As for bear mode, never managed, somehow I am at the opposite side of the spectrum, I am skinny by nature, for instance, at 23 years old, a lifetime ago, I was 59kg. Now, no matter how much I eat I never manage to get fluffy, but then again consistency when eating is a big problem for me, I manage 1-2 weeks of force feeding, then I simply feel like if I touch cream of rice, oats, or anything like that, I will puke instantly.
I blame it on having to do it all by myself, working, cooking, chores around the house, sometimes I cannot eat when I have to, either no food ready or no time, and so on. On the subject, I actually have a budy at the gym, he used to compete, he said that the only thing he looks for in a woman when he is in the bulking phase is that she can cook clean food :))

hey i guess we are different, i was never skinny. well, since 5yo i think.

if you look at big guys everyone tells eating become a chore. its just so much food.

im in same boat with being alone for it but its okay, easier to cook for myself only and clean after myself only, buy for myself only...

anyway, diet part is always hardest, training is fun but eating in specific way all the time is chore every day

i was advised by more experienced friend that 2ml is max i should ever do in one shot.

he told me he did 5ml into both butcheeks once to frontload and it was quite a bad idea.

i guess i could pin same quad 2-3cm lower with another 2ml and it would be probably fine as its bigger muscle. luckily, i dont have that much oil, yet. i wonder how can someone run 1,5g test and 1g od primo, like... 16ml per week.....

Most likely using 5ml of Test E 300mg/ml and 5ml of Primo 200mg/ml.

Look at pics on how to find it using the hand finger spread method, the make an outline of your hand on paper the same way.. Use it to find the area the first few times. Worked for me.

yeeeea, about that. ive tried it and its +- on the same spot, i think. with that exact method i would inject basicly into bone... but its possible im dummy and did it wrong :D

thanks. i will look into it before i will be opening that spot for sure.

probably gonna stick to quads/glutes until end of august with bigger shots and then small volume 2x per week into quads.

for next blast i wanna more sites probably. its not gonna be that much oil but it would be better to have more spots

its basically right below the waistline, theres some diagrams on here that shows pretty much the location, its so easy to inject and it can take a decent amount of oil,,
