That is the best reason there is. Same reason I do a lot of stuff that most people would not.mate, ive asked this myself too much in last weeks. idk the answer. i guess i wanna push myself and prove to myself that i can do it.
also, i wanna be ready for growth phase, be as lean as possible to have more room to grow and not be fat slob.
when i pushed food i was like pregnant also but oversized tshirts hide it well. i think its normal and has to be accepted... especially in winter. you know, bear mode.
As for bear mode, never managed, somehow I am at the opposite side of the spectrum, I am skinny by nature, for instance, at 23 years old, a lifetime ago, I was 59kg. Now, no matter how much I eat I never manage to get fluffy, but then again consistency when eating is a big problem for me, I manage 1-2 weeks of force feeding, then I simply feel like if I touch cream of rice, oats, or anything like that, I will puke instantly.
I blame it on having to do it all by myself, working, cooking, chores around the house, sometimes I cannot eat when I have to, either no food ready or no time, and so on. On the subject, I actually have a budy at the gym, he used to compete, he said that the only thing he looks for in a woman when he is in the bulking phase is that she can cook clean food
