im lookin for somethin with little to no carbs......Skim milk has to much sugar for me..

I always eat 5-6 meals a day. I start off making sure that I get 40-60 grams of protein. And then I fill up on good carbs and healthy fats. There's protein in that too of course, but I don't really count it. I often start off with 6 ounces of lean, top round steak. You're looking at about 50 grams right there. Whey protein powder is good of course. I like to mix 3 scoops in water. This will give you about 60 grams, depending on the brand. Boneless, skinless chicken breast is good as well. It's alot easier to buy a bunch of them and cook em all at once. Then you can keep em in the fridge for quick meals. ( I do this with the steak as well ) I also like low fat cottage cheese. Mix in some crushed, no sugar pineapple and it's pretty tasty.

eggs are a bodybuilders dream,4 a day for me...I get an omega 3 variety so I can eat the yolks, theres half the saturated fat/cholesterol....only on a bulk though, not on a cut

Jontest, I am not sure if your dieting or not but I use alot of fat free hotdogs. The sodium level is high but they are quick and easy to grab either cold or heated up and they are not dry and crappy like my chicken breast and tuna. They make dieting a little better. Alot of times I simply supplement my meals with aminos. I have a wholesale supplement business and can get them dirt cheap. 10 aminos=22g protein The truth is though, to eat low carb and high protein is to be limited in your choices but that is the price we pay to get ripped. low-fat no-salt added cottage cheese is very versatile. you can dress it up in differenet ways so it doesn't seem like the same old side dish. just like putting your wife in wigs and different costumes to make it seem like it's different women... oooops, mrs. chip is gonna have my ass for this... lol... some suggestions:

cc with hummus. completely changes the taste. adds protein, low carbs and high fiber.

cc with your choice of beans, some red onion, cucumber and spices like salt, pepper and oregano.

cc with diced tomatoes, onions and cilantro. can you say super-salsa?

cc with feta cheese, fresh pepper and scallions for extra flavor.

i could go on and on but i think you get the point. :D

How about a low-carb protein bar, or lean protein bites, kinda like malted milk balls. They are now making high protein cookies too. I make my own. Add HDT Vanilla Creme protein mix to peanut butter cookie recipe.

Main Course:
cc+ avocado & tomato, salt & pepper is pretty good.

Dessert:
cc+ sugar free jello.

They also sell fat free CC, then you can add back whatever non-saturated fats you want.

There is tempeh, which is femented soy product. Supposedly the fermentation get rid of the negative ascpects of soy, but I probably wouldn't eat it anyway. And it is not carb free.

Quinoa based bread products have complete proteins in them and can be lean, but it is also carb loaded.

Seems like there is really nothing but lean meat, nuts and cc that are high protien low carbs, and nuts aren't super low anyway....hmmmmm....

lmao chip.
cottage cheese is also alright if you throw some pineapple in it

Try some liquid egg whites. I've been eating a lot of this lately. You can get them at any store. The stuff I get is called All Whites from Papetti Foods. All protein, no fat, no carbs. It's only about 1.75 for a 16oz carton, which has 52 grams of protein. I just drink the shit, or mix it with a protein shake. It tastes like water. It's great for someone without a lot of time. Plus it's technically real food, even though you drink it.
