So I don’t remember a lot. Bare with me.
Brain fog for days and woozy.

No real answers yet.
Not gonna lie it’s annoying how this office does things. Stupid policies. Got into an argument with them over it. They initially denied me my appointments.

Anyways. Got the biopsy. Results in two weeks.
As well as a growth hormone and cortisol stimulation test 5/7/25… to check my adrenal glands. Test is like 4 hours long… wtf.
Not all my labs came in because I got them done on Monday.
Maybe those will have answers. And the other tests too.

Doctor prescribed me Adex due to higher estrogen (I feel great e2/Test wise) but I got a adex prescription now lol.
Won’t take it unless I need to.

Basically. No true answers.
But I might have reactive hypoglycemia. Whether that’s a larger issue or not we don’t know yet.
Even at 6’3 220 relatively lean with no gym and no true diet because of my problems. I now have to deal with that shit.
Random meals & Higher carb meals are making my glucose drop to 54-55 mg/dl sometimes. after 3-4 hours I’ll peak 150-170.
And other random glucose crashes thru the day.
Fun times.
Prenuvo has a scan but its pretty costly like $2500 and they look at all organs and such… just no cleerly exam which scans for soft plaque…Also at the point . if all these tests don’t point something out. I’m going to ask to get a full scan to see if I have tumors or masses anywhere else in my body.
Welp there’s rent and more lmaoPrenuvo has a scan but its pretty costly like $2500 and they look at all organs and such… just no cleerly exam which scans for soft plaque…
My doctor is also an idiot when it comes to understanding iron. Ive learned that "looks good" often just means they have no fucking clue. If you're comfortable sharing your more detailed panel, im sure there are some other people knowledgeable in other areas that may help.Day one back in the gym
Fuck it. If I feel like shit so be it.
It’s been almost 48 hours since I’ve gotten a decent handle on my potential reactive hypoglycemia.
Seems more fats in my meals and smaller carb amount has helped, basically like 60/20/20 ratio protein fat carb.
A lot of beans more veggies.
Also Added more fiber.
This diet will do me more good regardless if I have reactive hypo. So I’m sticking with it.
Upping the cardio / steps I take too.
Also added chromium, cinnamon, magnesium to my supp line up.
My CGM expired so I’m doing the finger pricks to keep track.
111mg/dl pre gym right now.
Going to check an hour in.
And before I take 20g intra carbs.
Hopefully get answers for my major issues soon. Choosing to ignore them as much as possible lol even tho my legs and arms feel like noodles and I get vertigo like feelings
I’d share my most recent labs but the way they have them set up I have to go on a different page each time in the portal. My doctor is also an idiot when it comes to understanding iron. I had some symptoms like this once and I found mold in the house I was renting, I busted out my nice microscope and took some slides.Vacation was 5 days. In Cali
No idea what’s going on. Weirdest thing. Basically starting at ground zero
So I’m getting my apartment tested for air contamination/Mold.
Meanwhile getting tests done myself
Hopefully get some pharm blood pressure meds
