Want to become a monster After surviving death

Given what you've been through, and the certainty of some of your statements such as:

"All I know is I want to stay on & be on trt for my lifetime, I don't care about injecting I just wanna feel optimal & monstrous"

I won't pretend to understand what it is like to almost die, beat death, and then have the scars to contend with, and I am much older than you.

The best advice would be to start low & slow, continously monitor, and tweak as required. There is no magical dose or combination of substances that anyone can provide necessarily, as there are many variables to consider; most importantly though would be your idea of what is ideal vs. my ideal vs. Joe's ideal.

I am certain you've considered the potential repercussions and have weighed or balanced them against wanting a certain quality of life (or your ideal vision of what that means to you, and for you), so I would suggest engaging your Doctor/team and at least mitigate issues by eliminating substances that might affect you differently or with a greater degree of severity due yo your illnesses.
I am not providing advice, but if I were experiencing what you were, then I would want certain hormones and things such as Total Testosterone, free Testosterone, GH (as you had mentioned) to be at supraphysiological levels.
I might look into peptides such as Bpc 157 and TB 500 (to start) and see how/if those have the potential to alleviate any of my issues.
I might start somewhere in the 175mg to 250mg per week range of Test E or C. Maybe I would start GH in the 2UI per day range.
If i decided to try BPC and/or TB 500 I would probably go with something like 250 MCG x2 per day of BPC and 3 to 5 MG of TB 500 per week.
I would of course research all of these first. Then ensure the doses make sense for me. I would get blood work done first. I would advise my Doc first. As time went on, i would adjust, tweak, remove and add as I educated myself through both practical and theoretical.

This was kind of what I had in mind!

Would 2iu GH per day be enough?

Thank you for your message.

You're welcome.

Enough is a hard one to answer, but in fairness to you, I was giving you the minimalist approach. If I stand by my statement of what would I do in your shoes, I would start at 4 UI.
Also, if it applies here, ask yourself at what point does it become cost prohibitive, or money put towards other meds, substances etc.. this can often help guide your decisions.

Just keep a close eye on your health and don't take unnecessary risks.
I will do.

If I believe AAS will exacerbate my symptoms/health I will not do it to get bigger & stronger. I will do it without AAS. If it can aid me on my goals without significant health risk, I will do it.

In a previous comment I said " I want quality over quality out of life." Really & truly I want both, I want the sweet spot. This means I have to plan vigorously & precisely with any of these substances I may use to achieve what I want from my life & for my future family.

I'll keep doing my research

I feel for ya bud. I would strongly suggest peptide therapy to you: KPV to combat inflammation, Thymosin alpha 1 for enhancing your immune system (especially how it helps those with immunocompromised issues); NAD+, MOTS-C, and AICAR to boost energy at the cellular level. Peptide therapy is a miracle and works, but it’s not a magic bullet. You won’t feel most of them at work and it takes time. I knew it was good stuff when the FDA shut down all compounding pharmacies in the US from making them; wouldn’t want Big Pharma to lose out on profiting from keeping Americans in a constant state of sickness and ill-health.
As always, do your research and see if this might help you. Good luck sir

I'll try to keep this story as short as possible. I know our attention spans are short nowadays.@ age 23 working as a personal trainer I almost died from a virus (not covid) and was bed ridden/using a wheelchair for about 6 months & then going on to using a zimmerframe for 6 months.

After I beat the virus I was left with 2 autoimmune diseases polymyositis & scleroderma. For those who don't know what polymyositis I'll give a brief definition: it's a myopathy that inflames the muscles causing pain, weakness & fatigue. Scleroderma
Is an uncommon condition that results in hard, thickened areas of the skin & sometimes problems with internal organs & blood vessels.
I use corticosteroids (prednisone) to combat this & my organs are in good condition thank god. I use a vasodilator for raynauds phenomenon which affects the blood vessels in my hands & feet.

@ 24 for a whole year, I've been rehabing on my own & now actually able to train in the gym but nowhere near as hard as I did before I got sick. As my muscles pay the price the next day.

Now @25 I Realise my body has stalled due to my autoimmune conditions & I want to get the engine running & put in some thrusters. I want to Build more muscle, more stamina, more size & just make an ultimate comeback from what the last 2 years felt like hell. I'm 5ft11 weighing 80kg, goal weight is to be 97kg & maintain it for as long as possible.

Looking at using Test, GH/Ghrp6 & Hcg I want kids. Dunno what dosages, if you guys could suggest dosages? One reason why I want to use gh is because corticosteroids (especially prednisone) is catabolic over time which reduces muscle mass, weakens bones & causes bone loss. Hgh can combat that & a multitude of other things. All I know is I want to stay on & be on trt for my lifetime, I don't care about injecting I just wanna feel optimal & monstrous

My goal now is to be a personal trainer for those with chronic illness & disabilities because now I know what's it's like... so yeah guys I need suggestions on dosages, this is for the long run & I need more energy to work...
Do not use any GH if you are on regular usage of prednisone. Also you need to be careful with anabolic as well since they drive up CBC and so does prednisone. TRT is fine but B n C is not for you I would say

Ara-290 is a good one to look at for helping chronic inflammation. It’s mainly used for neuropathy issues but has shown lots of promise for inflammation as well in diseases like CRPS. I wouldn’t not use MotssC Or any other bs experimental peptide. You need tried and true things with clinical studies not bullshit.

Just wanna have more energy & strength
It's not gonna do what you think it's gonna do dude.

Testosterone abuse isn't the treatment plan for low energy and strength when deficiency isn't the problem.

You have like 99 other things to improve and sort out that would have a better chance of improvement than testosterone abuse would.

GH at 25 is probably also a bad idea. Get your natty ifg levels checked and see what your z score is.

I use prednisone as an immunosuppressant & boy does it help, the side effects are a bit rough but I am resilient. I was going to be put on methotrexate too but I dunno how I feel about that one.

Yea I use Curcumin but not msm, I will look into that.

I will look into the stem cell treatment, thank you.
I got struck down with long covid for 3 years from 2020, couldnt do any exercise, anything strenuous made me ill for days. walking around shops often left me gasping for air. By the end of 3 years wasn't able to even squat my own bodyweight, put on 25kg fat. Once I found the cocktail of meds to clear the problem, took another 2 years to get back to some level of normality.

I switch prednisone for maraviroc, works wonders as an immune modulator, there are others as well, pred is horrid stuff. do some research, particular on mast cell stabilisers. Mast cells can go crazy during these viral infections. They are like the guard towers of the immune system sending the shock troops into battle. My thoughts on these post viral syndromes is they are caused by persistent stuck viral debris that the immune system can't clear out leading to long term activation and false alarms turning into auto-immune conditions. Olumiant is a good candidate to quieten a persistent auto-immune condition, but like maraviroc you have to be aware of the sides.

Don't rush your recovery, particularly if you still have a hyper active immune system. It can punish you if presented with foreign compounds, speaking from experience. The body has a remarkable ability to recover given enough time.

Thymosin alpha1 is an immune stimulator, not something you should be doing for auto-immune conditions. TA1 is good if you have an active infection.
