Vitamin B-5 and acne

Anyone have any luck taking B-5 for acne or anything else positive to say about B-5??

Very effective and I would say try high dose B5 before resorting to accutane as that shit has some nasty sides. Superior will take care of you.

I hate to say it but that never worked for me.
If it does not work for you get a hold of some tetracycline it's cheaper and not as harsh as accutane

I think that B-5 is over-rated, that whole 'Its more effective than accutane' is a load of crap imo...not saying it doesn't work, but its not a drug, so don't expect drug like effects. If you have moderate acne that OTC products can cure, then I would say it is a good buy, but my acne was pretty serious and it did almost nothing for me.

can u get this stuff from a store instead of online? i was on a doasge of accutane, my acne completly dissapeared, but after 5 months a little bit has came back i think this would be the perfect stuff to use. can i get it from a store over the counter , if so is there any spec brand i should look for?
