vanadyl sulfate and insulin

whats going on bros...I was wondering if anyone here has taken insulin along with vanadyl sulfate. I am going to be starting a second cycle of humalog (first one worked great-gained 7lbs. over the course of a month) I wanted to know if vanadyl sulfate is safe to take with insulin...as it increases insulin sensitivity? Has anyone tried it, and if so how did it work? thanks

No, but I've had zero luck with vanadyl years ago when I gave it a shot. I can't see why the two would interact badly, but I never got my PhD.
