controlled deliveries do happen just not very often, the odds of a true personal use quantity resulting in a cd are very rare but there have been a few I can think of ( been on the forums or their newsgroup equivalent since 1996 ).

Most likely LE cherry picking for some easy cash into the local legal system and a high five moment for the local news. Probably steal/confiscate the gear for personal use

I just wanted I address that this is a dumb idea for multiple reasons.
It’s shocking how little those on PED forum know about the law bc LE is required to have a warrant to open a personal mailing and to obtain a warrant they must first have PROBABLE CAUSE!
Which brings us to PROBABLE CAUSE and included those who boast about the use of PEDs in the public arena, (gym in particular), prance onto social media outlets with their mouths wide open, or are involved in unscrupulous PED sales, to name a few.
And those who are selfish/pathetic enough to jepordize others thru package consignment should bear in mind another FACT; product delivery in NO WAY defines ownership.
