Love to hear you're gonna try out injectable e2! PSA tho I have used injectable E2 before this cycle, so I knew how much estradiol to pin to keep my E2 in range and I also knew from previous experience that essentially any dose of primo zeroes my aromatase activity.
But in terms of the first few days supping E2 - I believe timing doesn't matter as much as you'd think. I take your already on some dosage of primo - I'd recommend that when you raise your dose, add the E2 a day after and see how you feel over the next few days. From what I've seen, 1mg of Estradiol cyp will land your E2 somewhere around 20 if your aromatase activity is crushed, but if you are just doing a relatively small increase of primo(and not fully blocking your aromatase enzyme) you may not need that much right away. If you go through with it, keep me updated on how it goes!
Yes, but I'm definitely holding a bit extra water than I otherwise would, which I'd attribute to increasing my GH to 8iu/night a few weeks back and from all the food I've been eating. Also I'd assume another chunk of that gain is transient intramuscular glycogen storage. But gains have been great and I've seen the most growth in my chest + legs which I've really been emphasizing.So you’ve so far put on 22lbs since day 7 ? Most of it lean muscle? How’s your mental state? Any brain fog, “roid rage” or anxiety?
I've personally never gone that "high" with just test, the most I've done is 600mg/week. Gains were good on both but running my cycle like this lets me avoid acne, which was an issue for me on higher test. Also having my E2 locked in from the beginning was nice because I didn't have to deal with any huge jumps in water retention and my mood was 100% stable. Not having to deal with managing E2 I feel is such an underrated bonus of this cycle.Also how would you compare it to other cycles with high test or test alone?
Yes bro I'm acutally using 1mg cyp now, the ester doesn't really matter unless you plan do do like a week+ interval between pins.Or cypionate is totally fine then? Just wondering why you chose this kind of cycle ? Lower test higher of the other compound ? Is it for the dry lean gains or any other reason, cheers

My mental state has been great - I don't feel "on" at all or at least like I have in the past running higher test. Never any roid rage, I'm in general a pretty calm guy so thats never really been an issue for me. If anything I feel a lot more level headed and relaxed most of the day, which is great, but I kinda miss the cns stimulation that I've had on other cycles. The var helps a bit with that - whenever I go over 20mg I feel modestly agressive and "on" but nothing crazy. My focus and mental drive have been great which has had a huge help with classes and just being productive in general.

So just now about 11 weeks into the cycle, and so far everything has been great. Gotten some of the best gains/progress of my life these last 2.5 months - have been eating 4000+ cals consistently and am now about ~215lbs. Thought I should probably be posting progress pics so the first pic is me day 7 of the cycle (coming off just actual trt, no gh) at 193lbs and the second pic is me the other day at 215lbs. Both no pump in the morning, although the lighting in my old bathroom was a little better lmao.
Energy in the gym has been unreal - like I'm literally in the gym 2-3 hours every day 100% dialed taking every set to failure and its been so awesome pushing myself this hard. Have been really locked in with cardio this past month and am averaging ~30-45mins every day fasted in the morning as well, and have really started to see significant improvements in my cardiovascular endurance that's translated to the gym and given me the capacity to work in even more drop sets.
Recovery has been outstanding, I think upping the GH to 8IU has had a huge part in that. Really interested to see what my igf1 is at now with 8IU + a consistent calorie surplus. My sleep has been great as well. Have been starting to see my bp creep up into the high 120s (likely due to how I've really been pushing up the carbs recently, and maybe too much TNE lmao) so have been working in 20-40 telmisartan as needed.
Going to get my bloods in a week - I feel like I've got a ton of systemic fatigue building up from how hard I've been pushing myself these past few weeks. So I'm gonna take this week as a deload week and chill out a bit (Mardi Gras has me working security literally every day so I'm kinda forced to take some time off) and get my true inflammation baseline when I get my labs next Wednesday with a few real rest days; I literally haven't taken a single rest day in like 2 months lmao. Like I mentioned before I think my hsCRP was a little inflated with how hard I've been pushing in the gym so hopefully I see it <1 here. But will keep doing 8IUs gh per night and keep food/reta the same to keep things consistent.
Although bulking has been great I'm starting to get a little fatter than I'm comfortable with, so next week I'll start to transition to a cutting phase. I plan on keeping all the drugs the same, except for maybe increasing the reta (or adding another glp) if I feel I need to. Although after reading Ballistic's post in a tren advice thread I've been thinking about adding in like maybe 50mg tren a/week (although probably not right away) if bloods look good. Was hoping to get y'alls thoughts on that, and wether you guys think it would be worth it compared to just increasing the primo, or adding more anavar. My goal now is to slowly diet to 7% bf again, so rough estimate but if I'm ~13% now, I'd like to lose 14lbs (lbm 187 + fat mass 28lbs) of fat to get to 7% and I'd like to do that slow - perhaps 14 weeks of a small 500cal deficit. Would really appreciate any advice and what y'all think of my plan!
