underwhelmed with EQ?

How do you feel now with 500/375 Test/EQ? Do you have any E2 bloodwork on Test/EQ? I‘m thinking about doing something similar soon

Btw I‘ve read a theory that bodyfat percentage doesn’t really impact aromatase because just like fat cells the aromatase enzyme can’t be lost once it’s there. Not sure if it’s true or not but that would explain why I pretty much always have to run an AI because I was very fucking fat when I started

I am feeling better by the day, I am gonna wait a few weeks and then draw bloods once the hormones stabilize

It was my first time running EQ and i made the mistake of thinking since I aromatize heavily on 250mg test I would be fine but I wasnt. I also wanted EQ to be the primary compound but since then i have switched gears.

Right now I have adjusted my dosages to 500Test/375EQ and gonna run this for a month and see how it plays out.

What dosages do you usually run and what macro split do you prefer? How much carbs do you eat?
all my eq cycles i was on at least 750 test and 600 eq. carbs is about 400 grams.

How do you rate these cycles? Some of the best or you prefer other compounds?
Ive always used eq as my secondary but I have switched to primo this cycle due to the hype and Id say there pretty similar. The only thing I dont like about eq is how long it is. Never ran bold cyp but I bet thatd be the best choice. Also dont like how it thickens the blood so much. Its pretty much the go to drug for any bulk cycle or off season cycle in the pro ranks. Almost always hear the same thing. Test, eq, and some npp. Its a solid choice as long as you tolerate it well. Can be ran for longer periods which is nice and it should be with it being so slow.

I'm lucky I guess because even at 600-800 eq my hct never has went above 47. Bloods have always been fine on eq honestly in fact last week I had blood work done and I've been on test & eq cycle for 18 weeks now and all my markers looked better than ever.

Yeah if you don't get raised HCT or cystatin-C, boldenone seems like it is pretty optimal for a second anabolic with minimum side effects. Not even sure primo has anything on boldenone at that point. It has a slightly different look, is worse for hair, and doesn't stimulate appetite (but that can be good or bad).

One of my favorite things about EQ is the added hunger. I struggle to push enough food without it.

How much grams of carbs do you eat on EQ?

I am reading you should aim for 3 grams per lb of bodyweight to maximize effects

Right now I am eating only 350-400grams of carbs when I should be eating 600-650 supposedly
Honestly, I didn’t notice EQ being carb-dependent at all.

I’ve run it eating 400-500 g carbs and also much lower, and the “EQ effect” felt the same. What EQ did for me was mostly e2 control, easier cardio, a bit more hardness and vascularity. Carbs didn’t really change that.

If you want to grow, you eat more. If you want to lean out, you still eat carbs, just less. The old 90s approach of cutting to 50 g carbs is mostly dead anyway. These days plenty of people prep on 200-300 g and look better for it.

End of the day, it’s individual. EQ isn’t some magic carb-dependent compound. Diet drives the result, EQ just supports it.
