Alright guys so for the last 2 weeks work has been crazy so I've had no choice but to resort to canned tuna
So this means around 150 grams of protein are coming from that canned tuna
The other 100 grams from milk, chicken, protein pasta, etc
But that's the equivalent to 7-8 cans of tuna a day
Now my question is would there be any risk eating this much canned tuna? I've done my research and I hear talks of mercury poisoning being a thing from canned tuna.
What do you guys think?
