Hello everyone, I have been lurking here for the last month or more and wasn't sure if this was going to be a community for me or not since I don't have plans for bodybuilding per say but do have interest in the TRT information and GLP meds.

Yes, you read that title right. I am in my 20s and have been on TRT since 21 years old. I weigh 233lbs at 6'1 and 20% bodyfat. It is fully prescribed by an endocrinologist with blood blood panels every 6 month or so. I didn't plan on starting TRT whatsoever but due to an testicular injury I was forced to. I've been on TRT for more than a year now (not giving exact time frames to keep a little bit of anominity). Alot of people would see my age and assume I'm another Tiktok kid convinced they need TRT when they actually just want an excuse to take roids. My TRT dose is 90mg a week. I don't fit into that category.

I am mostly going to lurk on here and educate myself in regards to safety and how to achieve longevity with TRT and dabble in GLP meds. I am already planning on taking retatrutide to drop bodyfat to around 10%. I am currently at 20%ish.

Please as questions or give me some suggestions. I am very open and like to learn. Thanks y'all.

What were your bloods before and after? I myself would be very cautious about starting a potentially lifelong process at your age. Why do you want such a low % if no plans for bodybuilding? 20% is not “bad”.
I am no expert on the matter. Just someone who regrets choices I made at that age and wish I explored other options first.

Welcome on TS

I’m also interested in your blood readings.
You want to lose Fat ?
Increase your daily kcals with 250kcals and train like an wild horse.

Trt wasn't something I even had remotely on my radar but was forced into it due to a testicular injury.

Bloods have been perfectly in the reference range since I've started trt. Creatinine is a little high but expected. My total testosterone came in around 150-200ng/dl for 5 consecutive blood test all weeks apart before deciding to start trt. My testosterone now sits around 600ng/do on trt with injections twice a week.

Also, the reason I want to lose body fat is because I want to look a little better in the mirror and at the beach even though the health differences between 10% bodyfat and 20% are minimal.

Bloods have been perfect, I'm not too good at interpreting the blood tests to be honest. I normally leave this up to endo. I have noticed high creatinine and normal testosterone and estrogen at 90mg a week of test cyp. No sides.

I plan to do a slight bulk after the cut but wanted to first see myself truly lean since I have never been truly lean before. Also, I have a decent amount of muscle mass already on me so I'm not too worried about wasting away or looking just skinny at the end of the cut.
