IGF 111, z score -0.5
I think running your z score up to +2 is considered safe from acromegaly. Of course there are variances and tolerances that are different person to person- but the general guidance is that +2 is safe. It might even be higher, but I don't want to misguide you on that. I think I read something that Ghoul posted a while ago that endocrinologists change a hgh treatment plan if a patients z score reaches 3.

You have some room to run it up. I'm also in my 40's and started with a natty igf of 140ish . When I was takin HGH only, my IGF was 330 on 4iu at night. That was right at +2 z score. When I started taking test, I dropped my HGH dose to 3iu, but my igf-1 did not fall. I think the increased estrogen from the testosterone contributed to that. So right now I'm on 15mg test and 3iu hgh every day.

You might respond different - that's just how it looks for me.

start hgh low. like 1IU, then slowly go up in partial increments. The faster yo go up in dose, the more water you will hold and you will get carpal tunnel / numb tingly hands and possibly other symptoms. Go slow. Work your way up to 3 or 4 iu across a good span of time. Back off if you start to get CTS and stay at that lower dose for a while longer.

Thank you for that.

I started at 1 IU 2 days ago (after the blood draw) assuming it would be safe until I got my results. So far so good.

I'm taking it in the am with small meal, then start exercise about 3 hours post pin (weight training and zone 2). No lethargy or other symptoms so far. I am sleeping slightly better already according to sleep tracking and feels. Not sure if improvement in sleep happens that fast but I'll take it.

Based on my z score, I plan to slowly titrate u to 6 IU/d. I will also get an updated IGF in about a month to check z score. Do you have any advice on titration speed? How long should I stay at 1 IU/d before increasing?

Quest or Labcorp?
Ghoul is asking which accredited lab was tasked with testing samples, if I'm not mistaken?

name is Hermes pardini
Are you telling us your samples were tested by, an until now, unknown(to me) accredited lab named "Hermes"?
Or, is Hermes the name of the UGL you were running at the time of testing?

Hermes(the UGL) has not only made its way into the USA he languished on our little board here for a short time.

I have an opinion on Hermes(the ugl) but will keep it to myself until things are cleared up a bit.

How did you decide on that protocol?

Which effect are you hoping to get from HGH
Practical and convenient for my schedule for majority of the week and after reading through the pinned post/thread on GH forum.

Anti-aging, fat loss, recomp, help retain muscle while in caloric deficit, better sleep. Not looking to put on a ton of size, I'm done with that phase of my life.

Whats your protocol and goals?
