Trenless Recomp - How to?

Hey Kings,

I'm currently at a crossroads wherein I'm neither as lean as I'd like, or as big as I once was so am looking to recomp. I'm a 'hybrid athlete' (forgive the wanky term), with a focus on all areas of fitness, but principally focus on bodybuilding, crossfit style-workouts/oly-lifts and 10km runs for speed, so subsequently there are certain compounds which serve me better than others, and traditional bulks and cuts aren't particularly conducive to my performance here either due to the extra weight on a bulk, or the reduced energy of a cut.

So bearing the above in mind - what cycle, nutrition, principals and tricks would you recommend for a trenless recomp?

Currently I'm sitting on a mountain of Test, Bold Cyp, DHB, and Mast raws, and am also prepared to dip into any other compounds this board can recommend; I imagine GH will be a major one, and am already on 3IU every night.

I mean if you're close to where you want to be, no reason not to recomp. A recomp is really just a slow cut. Lift hard enough and you can gain in a cut, even natty.

I'm a big fan of DHB, I always run as much as I can fit in the barrel in my cycles.

Never used mast (sitting on oz of it too). To me just seems like a cosmetic, temporary thing like orals and rapes your hairline. I've never had anything touch my hairline, but just doesn't seem worth it to me unless you were prepping for a show I guess.

Never used bold but I preferred primo and DHB as my DHT of choice.

If you aren't going to use tren to aide in a cut, I'd just go with a cruise cut. Or whatever curbs appetite I guess. Maybe var but I don't see the point in trashing your lipids and would just save that for the bulk/blast.

I mean really you can cut on any compound, tren is just great because it's strong, and being dry you see the results of your cut, but no reason you can't use weaker compounds, higher doses, or a compound that bloats you and you see the results of your cut cycle afterwards. I like tren for it's appetite suppression in a cut.

You can always add slin. Strong, no sides like AAS. On a low enough dose of novolin it's cheap and easy to manage. You'll be hovering close to hypo on a cut though so you gotta be really on top of your blood sugar and meal timing.

I have done recomps without any drug use. Diet and training were the main tools used. High protein and nutrition from veggies, little carbs as the 10's of thousands of calories i had stored was used for fuel. Heavy lifting for low reps to build muscle. AS can make those things easier. And test alone can be used. But diet and training are the foundation from my experience.

brother yours stats are shocking mate.... dont worry about the recomps and trenless you have zero muscle or a strigy ass build.

102kg, 6'5, 14% BF - if this is right. Pick up the fork KFC what ever and start eating.

you haven't got the fundamentals down right your height you should be around the 120kg. dont worry about the body fat you gain.

MUSCLE is the hardest to gain FAT is piece of piss to drop

and its all 100times easy with additional muscle mass.

sorry if i offend you but here is the truth. You probably already know it also. A cut is a walk in a park when you got the muscle and calories up high.

Nagh you're good! You're not offending me. I've been 120kg as a power-lifter, and a shredded 104kg 6% on stage.

Understand tho that my priority in life now is performance and sports - not size and physique. I'm trying to have the best body composition and performance I can whilst keeping weight down; I've handily got 5 inches and 20kg on most people I race and compete against. This is why I want to recomp - keep my weight static, but improve my performance.
