How can you train hard if you’re alcoholic? How do you define an alcoholic? I thought alcoholics just lived to drink, some are functional but most are drunk all the time.I'm interested in your opinions...
Working out while drinking is a waste of time. At least if you have any real goals of getting shredded, bodybuilding or powerlifting.

I’m not going to say that a person can’t look good or great and enjoy a responsible amount of drinks . Many people do.
standing by my statement. Why obsess about things like nutrition and mind muscle connection only to pull back hours of progress with each drink?
You can workout and drink and possibly look great just don’t pretend it’s helpful in any way
