Total Body Recomp 12weeks

I'm certainly no pro, but I'll share what I'm doing. I'm using 450mg Tren, 800mg EQ, and 400mg of test per week. I am pinning three times a week and taking .5mg Adex on pin days. So far so good. I am eating all I can eat, trying to get 250g or more protien a day, and not counting carbs n fat. I try to keep it clean of excess fat, and eat plenty of complex carbs. The Tren will burn the carbs like crazy. You should find that it's nearly impossible to over eat. I've never been a lean guy. I'm 5' 11" 225lbs 19% bf(at start of Tren),and eating all I can I still see fat leaving. Don't take my word for gospel, just sharing my experience.

Just going by recommendations of members here saying to keep test under Tren, and let Tren do the work

I was originally planning to go to 250mg, but with not being certain if the ugl dosing is right I went to the higher end. I am sorta allowing for under dosed test.

first Pin today will be thigh 75mg prop and 100mg tren 25gauge pin and 22 to draw wish me luck bros

I like your test to prop ratios. I ran both of what you have, had to run the tren pretty damn high to get the desired effect. I agree with huck and hotdog that carbs should be replaced by fats and that 4000cals is alot. Fat will help keep you satiated too and easier to cut calories. If you notice any signs of your e2 crashing adjust accordingly. Pinning gets easier with time. You will eventually look forward to it.

Cool bro thanks for the info and I'm taking adex .25 eod from @pharmacist the pin wasn't bad at all bro just had it in my head I was going to do it

Day #2 No Pin
Woke up with minimal soreness in thigh so no bad pip to report about.

Meal #1 7:30am
1/2 Cup Dry Measured Oatmeal
5 Whole Grade AA Large Eggs

Good to know maybe I can add in some anadrol toward the end of the cycle to put som fullness back in. thanks
 
Looks like you put in the time to really plan this cycle out, very smart and being a big guy natty im betting you blow up!!

I've been planning this cycle for a little over 6 months been a lurker on meso before i joined in november now I found a home. Thats what i'm hoping for to blow the fuck up and cut fat, i'm mainly going to be focusing hard on my intake of food and timing.
