As for supplements, look into phosphatylserine for high cortisol and sleep. lf you can get a high quality phosphatylserine 50-70%, 200-300mgs 1 hour before bed will work well.any thoughts on using Tongkat Ali while on TRT / low dose cycle to reduce cortisol, improve erectile function and sleep?
I'm taking exogenous test, so I am not looking for the test boost. But I've read about erection quality, sleep, stress, etc.tongkat did fuck all for me as a testosterone booster and sleep aid. but i've had low test since highschool and no otc test booster has ever shown improvements in my labs.

Interesting stuff, thanks for the response. I do use magnesium before bed, with a Vitamin D In the morning. Definitely find the mag helps. Something about one helping the absorption of the other, and I might have read that one can deplete the other? Maybe not. I seem to remember a 10:1 Ratio. 250mg magnesium to 2500 vit D.Won't help with corizol but magnesium, zinc, and P5P all have well noted sleep benefits and work well for me. Especially magnesium.

P5P might be a bit but it's miss since the literature is a bit divided, but anecdotally for me, I notice an improvement in restful sleep quantity.
Google "calm" by natural vitality. They have a powder preparation that you just have with a glass of water immediately before bed and (anecdotally for me) drastically improves my sleep quality
