As for supplements, look into phosphatylserine for high cortisol and sleep. lf you can get a high quality phosphatylserine 50-70%, 200-300mgs 1 hour before bed will work well.

I'm taking exogenous test, so I am not looking for the test boost. But I've read about erection quality, sleep, stress, etc.

Won't help with corizol but magnesium, zinc, and P5P all have well noted sleep benefits and work well for me. Especially magnesium.

P5P might be a bit but it's miss since the literature is a bit divided, but anecdotally for me, I notice an improvement in restful sleep quantity.

Google "calm" by natural vitality. They have a powder preparation that you just have with a glass of water immediately before bed and (anecdotally for me) drastically improves my sleep quality

Interesting stuff, thanks for the response. I do use magnesium before bed, with a Vitamin D In the morning. Definitely find the mag helps. Something about one helping the absorption of the other, and I might have read that one can deplete the other? Maybe not. I seem to remember a 10:1 Ratio. 250mg magnesium to 2500 vit D.
Interesting as well was the different variants of Magnesium. Threonate seems to be the most psychoactive one, haven't tried it yet.

P5P was always one that never made me feel good. Always felt really wonky taking it. Used it as a dopamine agonist on low dose tren cycles
