Me too, it’s just not in my deck of cards at the moment. I have tried, no matter what my body is trained to wake up the same time give or take 45mins every morning. However, after i have noticed that after bout 3hours of being up, and having eaten. I can usually go back to sleep with ease but only for about hour and a half.Well got my usual 4-5 hrs sleep. I just want to sleep for 12 hrs one day.
