I’m behind again so this may pop in way out of context for the current conversation but I gotta throw my vote in for beans.

I’ve spent a fair amount of time in some places where anything outside of some basic seafood is absolutely a luxury and in all those places one common ingredient was beans. I think they are one of the most underrated protein sources we have. Yes they aren’t to the level of meat but they are incredibly cheap and really versatile.
Mainly because of the side effects.
 
Come out west, I’ve lived all over this country and no place is better then the west. We are losing our homeland, you should be angry and start taking steps to take it back.
Not Shit you can do about anything. This world is a living breathing thing. Trump being Elected was equivalent to winning the lottery. I watched and I was stunned. Mater fact I watched it and I was stunned as the night played on.
I got the CNN view and you may think I was the unlucky one but let me tell you, I seen 6 of the most shell shocked ppl you could ever see. And the melt down that soon took a life in itself was nothing but epic! You missed PRIME TIME!

But the truth is that we have so many checks and balances in this country that nothing can get done, except raising taxes and congressional raises.
 
Ok brother go for it! Looks doable.

Here’s what I’m doing to maybe help you get some ideas.

For protein I’m eating 1.5 lbs chicken breast, 4 cups of whites, 6 scoops of whey isolate per day for 7 meals which puts me around 350g protein per day. Carbs I’m about 500g per day, fats are low around 50-60g.

Just to get an idea of how I lay out my meal plan:

Meal 1
2 cups whites, 2 omega-3 whole eggs, 2 pieces Ezekiel toast
Meal 2-preworkout
1 muffin, 3 scoops whey
Intra- 2 scoops granite nutrition Recovery(40g carbs from cyclic dextrin, 10g eaa’s)
Meal 3 postworkout
2 cups whites, 3 cups Chex cereal, 1 cinnamon raisin bagel
Meal 4
6 oz. chicken breast, 12 oz jasmine rice
Meal 5
8 oz. chicken breast, 8 oz jasmine rice
Meal 6
8 oz. chicken breast, 8 oz jasmine rice
Meal 7
2 cups whites, 3 cups Chex cereal

Solid.

Something can be done but we as a people have no stomach for it. Decades of brainwashing has done what it set out to do.
You can do the normal things, send emails/letters/phone calls to your “reps”. I do these things because it’s the way it’s supposed to work. I also do things the founders way, talk to people in public and in private, I still continue to train and I have trained a few civilians.
 
I’m cruising on 150 mg/week test and 400 mg/week Primo and I love it. Just finished week 5 of 15. First time doing this with primo and I noticed a difference in appearance after 3-4 weeks. Maintaining size and strength while reducing calories. It’s a great use for it.

You’ve got me RE-thinking my cruise now.
 
So does everyone pull out some digitals to get your 6-8 ounces or whatever or does any of the older cats still got some triple-beams?
I am not an older kat, 38, but I will never sell my triple beam. I have had people offer me 20times what’s its worth. Me and my trusty triple beam have some damn good memories. NONE OF WHICH ARE ILLEGAL OR ANYTHING. Lol funny thing is sometimes I find myself weighing the funniest shit on it. Then Googling it, to see how accurate the search results are.
