I’m behind again so this may pop in way out of context for the current conversation but I gotta throw my vote in for beans.

I’ve spent a fair amount of time in some places where anything outside of some basic seafood is absolutely a luxury and in all those places one common ingredient was beans. I think they are one of the most underrated protein sources we have. Yes they aren’t to the level of meat but they are incredibly cheap and really versatile.
Boston baked beans can’t be beat, growing up I’d eat just the beans for dinner(yea we were pretty poor). Funny how I’m not rich now but I’m comfortable and I still eat the “poor” kid foods.

Spot on brother. Sauté some onion with oil, garlic and cook white rice in it. A little bacon, onion and garlic with some beans and you have a meal for a damn king as far as I’m concerned.
 
Honestly, I’ve been wondering if you can soak rice for about 2-4 hours then drain and blend it up with milk and make some sort of “rice milk” that would be easy to consume. Knock most of the daily carbs down in one go
I sure hope you soak rice regardless whether or not you are making rice milk or not. Rice contains almost the highest amount of arsenic out of any food. It should always be rinsed and if possible soaked in a vat overnight in order to remove the large cache of starch and arsenic off of it. Just a tidbit of info for those that don’t know
 
I’m cruising on 150 mg/week test and 400 mg/week Primo and I love it. Just finished week 5 of 15. First time doing this with primo and I noticed a difference in appearance after 3-4 weeks. Maintaining size and strength while reducing calories. It’s a great use for it.

Funny you say that. This is my first run ever on primo been about 3-4 weeks too and I’m around 400 a week but also ending my tren mast cycle but I feel I have fuller look. I felt it was in my head but I’m eating like crazy still lean and scale is going up
