The Androgel documentation suggests applying it each morning. It does not give a reason for applying it in the morning, instead of some other time of the day.
Is the Androgel supposed to be used in the morning to mimic the body's natural peak morning T levels and lower evening T levels? Or are there other reasons such as most people shower in the morning, so there is a longer period where it will not be washed away or few people have sex in the morning, so it is less likely to be spread through skin to skin contact?
It is more conveninent for me to apply in the evening. Is there any reason I should avoid using it in the evening, ~1 hour before going to bed?
Would there be any advantage to timing it such that my blood T levels peaked during or soon after my workouts?
