Exactly, at 14-15% I'm seeing abs, (a little less around the belly button) obliques are showing nice, arm vascularity is very pronounced, and when I ran EQ shin vascularity was phenomenal. EQ is a double edged sword for me. But anything below those numbers for me, and frankly at times those numbers, and I'm just hungry. I dunno fellas, I like food. I would give myself 2 cheat meals a week. I wasn't prepping for a show, just ate very very clean, I wanted to push things as at the time I was running a gram a week which was the highest I had ever done. 500mg test, the rest deca and mast. Kicked with dianabol. I can only attribute it to diet, but my physician knows what I do, and during that cycle my bloods were the best they had been since I started seeing the guy (8 years at that point). It's really about responsible dosages, good diet, and checking in with the doc here and there.

And 6-7-8% is a deadly state for the body because your body start to attack the fat which is covering your organs. People have a completely wrong idea of bodyfat. Dexa scan or any other method isn’t valid because those methods are ignoring fundamentally important biochemical aspects. Go to a university and talk to a biology professor He will confirm this.

Ronnie was great. YES, sometimes people do not understand these numbers, how little or how much 6, 8, 10% body fat is.

For men, doctors consider below 5-6% to be a warning sign of being unhealthy, but they are not talking about a very temporary state to win a contest. No bodybuilder is staying lower than 5-6% for very long at all.

3% of body fat is essential, meaning real danger and harm to go below that.

Bodybuilders, well, those who win, routinely push below 5%.
 
If you have been shredded pre contest and in a brain fog and always freezing cold, and all of the judge's feedback when requested was 100% mentioning "awesome conditioning," and you felt like you could never stop eating, just ravenous after the contest even when your stomach hurt from all the food, then you got down solidly below 7%.

I think this is the point, to show the product in the form of yourself and actively sell to extract pain. Now nothing is being done for the fan.
