I feel like the quality of my customer service is starting to decline, and I’m getting stressed about the orders. I want to provide the same level of service to everyone, but I can’t manage when there are too many orders. That’s why I decided to sell a minimum order of 50 kits. I apologize for this
I get really stressed when tracking updates are delayed, and customer service quality goes down.Trackings are taking longer than before, and some people think this is because of me or believe I have control over updating the tracking information faster. The reality is that things have changed, and customs are stricter now. This delay is specifically for China International shipments. It used to take around 5-10 days, but now it’s taking 15-30 days
On the other hand, shipments from Turkiye are still being sent out as fast as usual, and everything is going smoothly
So this is not about me being lazy. It’s just because it causes me a lot of stress, from everyone. I apologize, and I hope I’ve been able to express myself properly to you
