How faithful are you to your "health" phase/ cruise?

For example, during your health phase do you ever sneak in some anadrol PWO, double up the test dose for a week or 2, etc?

I'm about 3 weeks into my cruise after a blast and I took 50 anadrol before my chest workout the other day... but for the most part I'm good lol
 
I'd say im faithful to a health/cruise phase. I typically blast 9/12 months so the remaining 3 is much needed downtime for it all.

Go back to 250 test pw for 3 months, food reduced, training stays the same and yeah it feels great to just kick back for a bit.
 
Isnt the whole point to get to the best possible place for the following phase?
I don’t fuck around in health phase because I want to be in the Correct place for the next period which androgens will be pushed.
Seems like a waste of health and gear to use it during a maintenance phase, because my body is all fucked up from the intensity and load that comes with higher androgens
 
I have this compulsion that my off phase may not exceed a certain mg/week to maximize sensitivity/minimize tolerance, so the dose must be low enough for resensitization but high enough to retain previous progress. So I take nothing else at all. I am also pretty tired from the training cycle so I accept not having the same superpowers and just train enough to retain progress and avoid detraining.
 
You read your own sentence? You’re three weeks into a cruise… and Anadrol shows up like a toxic ex texting “hey” at midnight.

The whole point of a cruise is to let your body chill. Let the bloodwork settle, lipids recover, hct calm down, nervous system reset. Just test, maybe GH, maybe a couple peptides. That’s it.

Cruise isn’t a “lighter blast.” It’s recovery. If Anadrol is already sliding back in this early, that’s not a health phase, that’s just blast with better marketing.
