The celebration of mediocrity and stupidity

So I’m in this hotel for a work trip and I got to flip on the television and “MTV classics” tv station is on. Now, I don’t really watch tv but I was definitely unaware of music videos that were still being played. So I sat there and took a nostalgic mind trip back to the early 90’s or so, and then reality hit me like a ton of bricks! EVERY CHICK in these videos was bangable as hell and in shape! Even the old school rap vids had chicks in bikinis and every one of them had a fit body and not these overdeveloped shelf asses! The dudes had abs and pecs, and if you were a fat fuck you had no place in these videos unless you were someone like the notorious BIG.

I guess time gets by you and you don’t realize how much things have changed, but the bullshit that is celebrated now compared to back then is night and day! Seriously, you ever want to experience a wake-up call that shows how much different times are now just go watch MTV classic videos, hahahah. But I realized that we just celebrate mediocrity and sub par assholes lately!

What about all the "plus sized models" for nike, adidas, victoria's secret (wtf?!?), et al?
It's pretty wild what we're being told we should be attracted to & if we are not then we are somwhow vile humans.
