test tren primo ratio advice

im currently on 180mg test u for trt. I've done a 400mg test cycle last summer for 3 months and about 6 years ago I did a 250mg test 250mg tren cycle but that was before I knew anything and was just winging it, just curious your guys opinions on the ratio's I should use. getting blood work is expensive and I probably wont do it, I'm not prone to gyno my typical side effect is cystic acne. anyways I was thinking I'd keep the test at 180mg and add in 150-200mg tren-e and 200mg primo, but wondering if just 100mg primo is enough. what should I expect from primo other than lowering estrogen? does it aid in growth much at all? will it increase red blood cells like EQ does? also in the future if I wanted to do a similar cycle and use EQ instead of primo at a dose of about 200mg would it be necessary to donate blood to lower red blood cells or is that more for higher doses?

your asking us questions we literally can't answer because its different for everyone. 200mg primo could have your estrogen in normal range or it can crush it. EQ can increase RBC and hematocrit or it can not. Running shit and planning on NOT getting bloodwork is just fucking stupid tbh. The cycle seems fine, test seems low but not getting bloodwork is like I said just dumb and if I had to guess running more primo than test will most likely crash ur estrogen

You outright stating you won't do blood work is kind of the opposite of a harm reduction strategy, and that's kind of the purpose of this forum. Doing anything without some feedback/data mechanism is reckless and not advised.

Not trying to lecture you at all, just giving real advice from experience. Bloodwork isn’t just a “nice to have” when you’re running multiple compounds — it’s how you catch problems before they turn into long-term damage.

If bloodwork is too expensive right now, that’s even more reason to be conservative with gear choices and dosages. Running tren, primo, EQ, etc. without labs is basically flying blind — especially when you already know you’re prone to cystic acne, which usually points to hormone and lipid stress.

Things like hematocrit, lipids, liver/kidney markers, prolactin, and estrogen don’t always show symptoms until they’re already out of range. By the time you “feel” something, it’s often late.

If you can’t afford bloodwork, the smartest move is either:

• keep compounds minimal

• keep doses lower

• or delay adding drugs until you can afford labs

Gear is optional. Health isn’t. A few hundred saved now isn’t worth years of issues later.

getting blood work is expensive and I probably wont do it,

This takes stupid comment of the day. Congrats to you... your prize if you want it will be neglected health, and shortened lifespan. In return you'll get a cycle you know nothing about, and play guessing games. The guessing game prizes are even better....

Good luck to you.
