So turned 45 recently, I’ve done a few light cycles in my past, usually just primo or test with some oxandrolone and some anastrozole. Nothing really crazy, I would consider myself a regular dude, gym 3 times a week, hate cardio, am not going on stage or to any competitions, just trying to keep a nice physique going so the ego and the wife are happy as well as the occasional rewarding glance at the mirror. I know that seems kinda shallow but hey, it’s pretty anonymous here so, why not be honest for once
25 was an all time low for training. Had back surgery, moved into a house, had a ton of things to do, never really made it to the gym on a regular basis. So here we are, facing 235lbs, 6‘2“ with a nice little gut that grew over the past few months.
Blood work had free test low (8 - range was 5-21) Östrogen was high (38 - range was -40)
Test total was low (4 range was 3-9)
So overall I would have said low test but the doc said not low enough to warrant a TRT. Yeah oh well.
So I’m looking to do a cycle with some GLP-1 and some test e. Maybe some fragment that I have leftover.
Already back at the gym, push pull legs split. I feel good, nice pump, but my belly just looks like shit. I stumbled on here just looking for some advice, I’ve been reading a ton of posts, but I figured worst case - I get some negative feedback and just go back to quietly lurking.
Thoughts ?
