Your going to want to run blood work using an ultra sensative E2 test.Hey, I attached my bloodwork I recently did. This is on 120mg test TRT 1x a week for about 7 weeks. With my E2 near the top of the shown range do you think if i were to bump it to 400mg (200mg x2 /week), that I should start with some sort of AI or not? I could only assume I'd be way over going up that big a difference..
Total estradiol measures other forms of estrogen. Monitoring total estrogen is not helpful in understand what you will need to do to control E2 (side effects of estrogen, either to high or to low) And trying to raise your E2 after you crash it from EQ can be difficult.
You may not even need and AI. Your gonna need to run the test at whatever dose u choose and then do blood work 5 to 6 weeks in.
