What’s up guys,
I’d like some feedback on this cycle and overall approach.
Planned cycle (weekly, split into ED injections):
Previously, I was running 700–800 mg of testosterone, together with 350 mg of DHB, and honestly I don’t like the look it gives me or how I feel on that much test. I tend to hold more water, look softer, and my overall well-being isn’t great. Right now my goal is to drop around 5–6 kg of clean tissue/fat while achieving a strong recomp — harder, denser, drier look.
The idea is to start the first 3–4 weeks with high DHB and medium-low test, and only add NPP if everything feels good. I’ve never used NPP before, but I train very heavy and I have osteoarthritis in my right ankle, so I’m hoping it can help with joint comfort while also giving a bit of extra strength and fullness.
Total cycle length would be 10–12 weeks, depending on how I feel and on blood work.
I’m also running GH at 6–7 IU pre-bed, been on it for 10 days so far.

Training & cardio:
- Weights 6 days per week
- 1 active recovery day (light cardio, movement)
- Daily fasted cardio: 20–30 min
- Plus 15 min treadmill on arrival at the gym, usually a bit over 1 km walking on incline
Current 1RM numbers:
- Bench press (paused): 210 kg
- Deadlift (paused): 320 kg
- Squat: 280 kg (most challenging due to ankle osteoarthritis)
Looking mainly for input on:
- DHB:test ratio
- Adding NPP later in the cycle
- Overall suitability for recomposition and joint comfort
