T3 in a Calorie Surplus...Less Catbolic?

Ive just started eating and kind gone too far with the carbs. I have a bottle of t3. I know it can be very catabolic but if you outeat in a surplus could just help lower your calories without ever getting to the muscle (since I won't be in a deficit) Much less catabolic? Losing muscle is not what I want but it oould temporarily keep from putting on too much fat too fast.

Thanks for the replies in advance.

I think more cardio to make up for it or a next day fast or RFL(Lyle McDonald)/psmf would be a better choice. That's how I've always made up for screw ups. Some extra cardio and fast the next day or nothing but protein all day

I think a mini cut is the way to go. Cut the carbs drastically, bump up cardio, and add a tiny bit of clen. Do that for 2-3 weeks (or longer if needed). It'll boost insulin sensitivity, improve body composition, and help reset your system.

absolutely backwards idea. T3 should be used when your body lacks the ability to produce thyroid hormones very deep in a cut.
You identify your problem: too many carbs, But you want to continue making the mistake after you admit it?

For what?

Just drop the carbs come on bro it’s not rocket science

That's like running on a treadmill while eating a big mac, what exactly is your goal here ...

I thought T3 would be a little different for me, but I found the longer I used it, the worse my workouts got. It did bring my rT3 down to 7 from mid 30's, so it had its intended effect of flushing it out. But I figured I could just keep running it. Nope. Once I stopped, it was a very quick turnaround with workout performance. Back to deficit now.
