You are running HCG with your PCT right brother? And are you doing just nolva or nolv/clom? And im glad that your getting back feeling great again, I know its been a while for ya bro.
 
Maybe you should drop the 12-14 weekers and work in the 8 week range with front loads. You will probably do well off of that.. Just a thought..

I have planned many times 2-3 eight week cycles per year..but unfortunaltely everytime...I change my mind about week 6 or 7 because I have gained some decent size and feel freaking great...you guys have to keep in mind I am 44 years old..test makes me feel 16 again....I hate coming off cycle.I have nolva and adex on hand but am using neither at this point.My tshirt is tight as hell today and i got several compliments over the past few days;)The sex drive is crazy again bros....for bubbas info last night I lasted an hour with the wife and I never was able to "finish"...no worries though.....;)

This is what I am discovering for myself anyways....I would not say I am making massive gains though..I gained 8 pretty quick,then dropped 2 but gained it back this week..I will be suprised if I gain more than 15 solid on this one.The problem I always find with me is I gain good first half of every cycle then the last 1/2 the gains come much slower and at the end just plain get stagnant.
My pct in theory should be much smoother using less gear.....note how I said "In theory".
true bro, but still, youve gained 8lbs from a cycle from taking way under the dose you wanted/required, im sure ill gain some good size off my first cycle.

Solo..you kill me bro.....you and I always seem to see pretty much eye to eye..I guess we are the two "Old Bulls" around Meso! Leg day was yesterday..I increased weights again ! Added a few new exercises to the routine also. My lifting partner does unreal Arnold voice impersonations..he got behind me on squats and was screaming in his Arnold voice.." Come on Dennis,push with your heels bro,chest out,light weight bro,come on you can do it..." I swear it was like Arnold was really behind me.I would pay good money for any of you to come hit it with us today ! My quads are very cut now/deep define cuts too.

Not to rub salt in anyones wounds but I paid 55.00 per 10 mls of the sustaplex 325 I am using.And like 10.00 each for sust 250 redi jects 1 ml.;) My attitude in general has been great,my recovery from brutal workouts great,sex drive and sex great,no problem with temper,no acne(2 pimples so far),no gyno,sleep pattern is normal,apetite elevated,I seem to have more energy,and look forward to inject days:oI have not weighed this week but the mirror shows body fat dropping..upper abs nicely visible....naired the back last night..about ready to shave the front.I feel 20 years old again bros.I wish every member of senate,congress,supreme court judges,and presidential hopefulls,including all govenors would run a 16 week cycle of sustaplex 325....just once !:):)

Dennis how is your diet with the small plateau your on maybe you need to uptake some more calories, its not the sauce that makes you grow...well to a point...and it sounds to me like your getting great gains of small doses which is not uncommon.. If your training is spot on and your diet is right you can grow on small doses,

And also Andy take into consideration this "experiment" Dennis is runnig those 8lbs during PCT can easily goto 3-4lbs and have not much of an impact on overall size.. I would look at your calories big D

Billy, you are right..my diet is my weak point..for me working out is easy..the diet is brutal.I am holding some belly fat and have love handles hanging on..the dilema is to diet down /cardio up and shred out or eat like a monster and grow..I am trying to do a happy medium if you will..no breads/wheats,or anything with fluor at all..I still consume dairy which is one reason the body fat has not drastically fallen..i lose weight rapidly.my over all cals have dropped over the past 2 weeks due to the hot ass days in and out of gym and not feeling like eating as much.I will weight myself over the weekend...I am wanting to go to 650 mgs per week and finish this cycle strong but have to remind myself that this is an experiment and you guys are depending on me to stay honest...plus I am running low on gear:mad:I respect all of you guys opinions that i have known on here for a decent while....I am having sexual dreams at night,waking up with wood,and every girl I see looks good to me......I saw Linsay lohans mom on tv last night..i think I want to marry her..what does this mean ????

dennis its your call man, but i just eat based on how my body feels and what it tells me to eat ... but my diet consists of high fat, high protein. low carbs - im getting stronger and leaner ... im actually getting smaller and tighter - but getting big is no longer a goal for me ... plus its summer time, and my girls loving the changes ... thats motivation brother - im glad to see your having a good amount of weight gain, but you need to decide on a goal my man ... a happy medium will lead to dissapointment - id honestly suggest you use the test to tone up ... you can still get stronger and and gain lean muscle when eating clean ... just eat smart - train hard ... thats half the battle

haha and i know what you mean about the dreams dude... i feel like im 15 again ...

but id strongly suggest using the test to hold on to muscle as you shed the fat, it seems like a much better option taking all factors into consideration

Those feelings or carnal lust and lucid dreams sex are one of the exact reason the govt is put the cabosh on juice.... Look at those puritist politicians siiting up on capitol hill probably don't even know how to lay some decnt pipe, cause their to scared of their nasty overweight wives, to really give it to them. Pink floyd said it best "fat and psycho pathic wives would beat them within inches of their lives !"

i would run the "experiment " as scheduled try to eat up alittle more like bman says make the decision now or your simply doing HRT !!
 
About 36 days into this cycle now..I am not growing as fast as I did on 1 gram cycle that is for sure.But I am making slow steady gains.I am 10 lbs up now solid and holding.There is a noticeable difference for sure in the mirror as the shoulders round out and puff up.The chest is as hard as a rock and more abs are apearing meaning the body fat % is dropping.My calories are averaging 3500 now,with the extreme heat force feeding is becoming harder each day.I switched to 325 mgs every 4 days now,sorry..the temptation was too much ! Pretty much every girl I see looks sexy.....Some 24 year old jerk tried to mess with my 18 year old son over the weekend..I actually drove to town and started looking for the guy.Normally I would have not reacted quite that.....
 
Feel like I have hit a platue on my strength gain and weight gain..still 10 lbs heavier than I was on day 1.The long workouts in the unairconditioned gym are zapping my strength,I am finding it almost impossible to eat over 3500 cals per day now.Now I am remembering why I like winter cycles better.I hit 2 mls of injectable b 12 earlier..hopefully that will help.I am also taking the next 2 days off from the gym to rest.Sex drive is very good..the wife is not willing,this sucks !

I am on week 5 as of tommorow and have put on 18 lbs. I need to get my cals way up and im going to make myself as of today. Force it down bro I know you can do it! Keep us posted on your stats. ( having the same prob with my wife, she just is not very willing to give me some everyday!

Got the pm bro.....yes..I just force fed myself two small chicken breast,cheated by using bar b que sauce to mask the chicken flavor..oh yeah..I had to drink a coke(1st one in weeks) to wash it down with.I would chew and chew then force myself to swallow..trying not to puke.Crap man..I am burned out on every freaking food at my house..I am so sick of eggs,turkey burgers,chicken,fish,tuna,hamburger,deer sausage...yuck..summer is here brothers..it is 100 degress and humid.We have been in long term drought and most everything around here is dried up.I just woke up from a 2 hour nap and am still tired.I am grinding my teeth at night and waking myself up..anyone else do that on test ????Could be from the lack of sex......Epower..I cannot believe your wife is not waking you up hourly for sex?????
 
so scrap the clean foods and add a little splurge in there..

Muscle Milk, Rice & Beans, have some good Mexi food... Dunno man just fucking eat, hit the macros, and over stuff with everything else.

I have been eating more today, what i put in my log plus I had sushi, made a chicken/flatbread/hummus wrap, had like 1lb of pineapple, im about to slam down 2 cups of yogurt, two more shakes, plan for another two before I hit the sack tonight and I'll probably go eat some sort of steak... i love me some sirloin & sweet potato..

dude I never get bored of eating..when I do, i eat shitty like a pizza that makes me sick and makes me wish I ate a lb of broccoli and a few cans of tuna instead.. lol.. then its back to the semi-clean foods..

have you been taking in any yogurt? stuff your face on that, maybe the good bacteria will help your belly not feel so icky and you can start putting it down again tomorrow..

im anxious as fuck, i dunno if this shits working or not... lol..
