Super High Estradiol .

I’ve done tons of prior research but wanted some insight for a fairly new person here.
Just got back some recent bloods and for the first time estradiol ultrasensitive came back at 150 pg/ml.
Test total/free came back cancelled - amount not sufficient for test.
Was on 250 test cyp prior to that.
E2 prior was around 22-27 in tests.
No noticeable sides, never felt better actually.

Should I immediately start taking an AI?
What are your major concerns with a result that high?
Is there anything that could haven thrown that test off by that much?
Everything else was perfect.

Is test all you are running and only at 250? Is your E levels of 22-27 before you started pinning the test or what was the timeline after you started that you pulled bloods? Need the timelines on the bloods. I.E. before starting I pulled bloods and abcd then x weeks later I pulled and abcd then again x weeks and I got this result. Also is it the same source for your test cyp?

Wow, that's 5 times over the ref range. I don't think i have seen any higher at a dose like this.

Yes you should start now taking AI, high estradiol doesn't contribute to anything, you only risking for side effects, including higher chances of prostate cancer etc.

For a sensitive test i'd aim for 30-35pg/ml and probably go with arimidex since aromasin might require really big dosages to drive down that high estradiol.

If it was a simple test I'd say to check it one more time in case of a error.. Are you doing bloodwork in the same lab? Is the 22 and 150 from the same equipment? If not, I'd check a different lab just in case, because that number is absurdly high

I’m wondering if he even has test cyp at all or something else

There's nothing else that could potentially raise it that much except exogenous estradiol haha. As far as i know other forms of estradiol like 7a methyl estradiol and 17a methyl estradiol are not detected as e2 on bloodwork, so that excludes MENT for example (unless this is not correct).. so, What's left?

The first thing I would do before making any changes is get the blood work repeated.

Are you taking DHEA by chance?

I had 109pg/ml once and I really felt it. Just started 350mg test/week, 1000iu hcg/week, 25mg DHEA.

Took emergency 12.5mg aromasin right away. Went away and stopped taking DHEA. Added 1000mg CDG and 300mg DIM/day and never had an issue again.

Just got bloods done and estrodial is at 49pg/ml.

Would Dianabol drive it up like that? Never used it. Just such a low dose test and it’s a sudden jump if he’s been low before and suddenly jumped is odd. Thus the reason I’m asking his bloods timing. Seems like we got some missing data or a missing compound.

What is your height and weight?

If you drop the HCG as well you likely don't need any the aromasin. HCG and DHEA drive my E2 through the roof.

100% agree. I don't need the aromasin right now as I am sitting at 49 with no AI, adding DIM and CDG. I like the HCG and I feel good at that e2 level.

Injectable dbol i guess it's pricier than test therefore no reason to fake test with a more expensive product. Also dbol converts to methyl estradiol so based on that it won't detect on bloodwork.

Even if someone supplements with DHEA (i am taking as well) it would require very high dosages to raise it that much, perhaps something like 100mg - 200mg a day on top of testosterone. 25-50 ain't raising my e2.

Agreed - i was taking 100 mg dhea and 300 mg test and my E2 was 104. Dropped the DHEA and was back in the 40's. No perceived benefit other than financing another vacation for my former HRT doc

Yes, 250 test can do that to some people. Just because it didnt happen to one guy means nothing for you. That is exactly why we pull bloods and don't listen to people speculate or go by feels. You need to be on an ai at least three times a week. I won't get into the aromasin vs arimidex debate. Pick your flavor. I prefer aromasin. Get retested after two weeks. Don't wait.

Sorry for the slow reply guys. 5’ 10” currently 170. Lots of cardio these days for athletic training. 13-14% bf per dexa style scan.
100% was only taking pharma test cyp, when I ran out I switched to a tested UG here.
Very poor timing on my part, this was about 2 weeks after switching.
Prior to starting anything was seeing around 22.
This would have been about 7 weeks after the latest test of around 27. This was ultrasensitive through quest. Prior was LabCorp. Prior to that was quest.
