Subject: Protocol Discussion: Retatrutide + BPC-157 for the "Hollywood Look" (Down 8.5kg so far)

Hey everyone,

I’m currently in the middle of a body recomposition phase and wanted to get some feedback on my protocol as I head into the final stretch. My goal isn’t just weight loss; it’s a specific "Hollywood look"—lean, tight, athletic, and aesthetic, without looking "depleted" or losing muscle volume.

My Progress So Far:

  • Starting Weight: 103 kg
  • Current Weight: 94.5 kg
  • End Goal: 88–90 kg
The Protocol:

  • The Driver: Using a GLP-1 (specifically Retatrutide) to manage the deficit and metabolic efficiency.
  • Nutrition: Strictly controlled caloric deficit.
  • Protein: Keeping it high at 160g – 180g per day (approx. 1.7g–1.9g/kg) to ensure muscle retention while dropping fat.
  • Micros: Full spectrum of vitamins and minerals via supplementation to cover any gaps from the lower food volume.
  • Recovery: Planning to incorporate BPC-157 if I hit any recovery walls or joint issues due to the training intensity while in a deficit.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on a few points:

  1. Protein Strategy: At 160g-180g, do you feel this is the "sweet spot" for maintaining fullness while on Retatrutide, or is there a benefit to going even higher as I get under 90kg?
  2. Retatrutide Experience: For those who’ve used it for the final "polishing" phase of a cut, how did it affect your muscle density and vascularity compared to Tirzepatide?
  3. The Stack: Any experience running BPC-157 alongside GLP-1s? I’m looking to keep systemic inflammation low and recovery high to maintain that "tight" skin and muscle look.
  4. Aesthetics: Any tips on avoiding the "gaunt" look? I want to stay looking young and fresh, not just "smaller."
I’m focused on the long-term aesthetic result, staying tight and energetic. Looking forward to your insights!

your post looks like AI slop but I'll answer anyway.

160-180 grams of protein should be more than enough, I don't think going beyond that gives much benefit at your weight.

I have no experience with reta, I think tirz should suffice tho, it works for me. I do not see the point of switching from tirz to reta mid cut, but I don't think it'll do any harm either. Someone who has used both tirz and reta could tell you more tho.

I believe BPC-157, like most peptides, is mostly useless. But I haven't used it. If you have the money and don't mind wasting it, I guess you could try it. I know I wouldn't.

Tirz (or any GLP1) and a TRT or TRT+ dose of test are the only things needed to achieve that look IMO, as long as your diet is good.

You right I used ai to set up to be more pretty, I don’t want to use test I know that with test is easy I want to achieve a look and keep it, on test if you stop the hormonal disbalance fck everything up

don't use test then, just the tirz will do the job. keep the diet and the training spot on and you'll get the look.

GHK-CU is a peptide that can be worth adding in for the hollywood look, most of it's studies are from topical use but some subq inject it and report results. Otherwise microneedle and apply a mixture of it, I would prefer getting proper sourced GHK-CU and mixing it into your own topical over buying one pre mixed as they are usually underdosed or have some low quality ingredients in it, if you source your own with a COA you know you are getting proper stuff
