My doctor put me on a shot of 100 mg testosterone cypionate every week recently. The back story is I am 40 yrs old with a history of thyroid disorder (I take Synthroid). My testosterone levels have been between 145 and 331 for about 2 years (range: 348-1197).
I've read there is no turning back once you start testosterone injections. I am having some second thoughts. What would happen if I were to stop the shots? Is there any other way of dealing with this? My doctor says the creams do no work. Could I ramp up my test levels with supplements? Is a levels in the 300s that out of range for a 40 year old?
