Still killing 20 raw eggs a day.

Wish I could. That’s why I gotta go raw plus egg whites
Definitely saves time that way, cooking a dozen at once can be a hassle.
I'm not as scientific as some people, but am fairly nutritionally educated. Bioavailability of protein probably isn't as big of a deal as we think. Kind of like anabolic windows, and only being able to absorb 30g protein per meal. Or I could be totally wrong, who knows .

[emoji817] likes! Agreed bro. Results speak volumes of ones practices

I pasteurize mine. With how easy and fast it is it doesn't make sense not to in my opinion.

Sugar free syrup really upsets my stomach. From what I can tell it's the sugar alcohol in it. Any amount of raw eggs doesn't bother me a bit though.

I concur,upset my stomach too

And Holy Shit 20 raw eggs Do you like Rocky? Just sayin

Any way you can get them in on a consistent basis is the way to go for me!!! I stopped overanalyzing this kind of shit years ago. Raw, cooked, who cares....just eat em (or drink)

I think eggs help the texture of a shake. Some fruits and vegetables make shakes frothy and frothy makes them hard to drink from a shaker cup when you're in a hurry. Eggs seem to minimize that somehow in my experience.

I like hardboiled eggs flaked and blended into shake to make it filling. How good is this way?

When I’m consistent with my shakes I’ll through in some of the pasteurized egg whites you get from the carton.
But if I run out i’ll use raw eggs.

I’d probably never just eat plain raw eggs though.
I don’t know if it’s been sceintifcally proven or whatever but I’m pretty sure that’s the quickest way to go from man to beast^

Exactly the same.

There is a difference between mass produced eggs and those from a local farmer. Better food for the chicken makes better chicken eggs, bone, and meat.
