Definitely high free test. SHBG low for sure. But with a gram of Test per week, wouldn't you expect the numbers to be higher?

Posted my bloods in “40 and over “…….my doctor wanted a blood test 5 days after last pin…(estradiol was 108 …called in a script for aromasin

Was doing 750mg to a gram ….have cut back to 500mg a week

I am taking anastrozole 1mg per week .5 Monday/Friday which is what I take on cruise @200mg test c per week. I will adjust as needed when I get the estradiol results.

Got my estradiol results today, the primo is definitely helping to suppress e2, it’s still a little high though. Currently on .5 anastrozole twice a week Monday/Friday the dose I take on cruise, will bump to .5 3x per week.

Unless you're not feeling good I would just leave it alone at 40. I'm not big on running e2 as high as you can and I'm all for AI use but I don't see a problem with 40 esp if you're using supraphysiological test doses

I feel great! No sensitivity in my nipples or anything. My mood is off the charts good, libidos through the roof. I appreciate your advice, maybe I will just leave it be.

Why fix what ain't broke. You're so barely out of range I wouldn't worry about since you feel great

E2 of 40 on that cycle is more than fine and you already stated you feel great - i would follow your clinical response and not micromanage the lab value. Sounds like the combo is working very well.

Interesting. I've found prop needs to be an every day injection for me, while some people can go EOD and be okay. Thank you for the testing. No surprise, Stan's product is on point.

I agree. At 30mg per day I was getting 477 ng/dl total t 24 hours later. I've since bumped it up a little and bloods look better.

That's nearly perfect, if you're feeling good I'd let it be. You are one of the ones that is sensitive to the estrogen lowering effect of primobolan - without the primo that estradiol value should be much higher on just 1mg anastrolze per week. Little of your free test is getting aromatized right now, so increasing the AI by 50% might well crash it.

If you think you might feel better if it were a bit lower, and assuming you are using anastrozole tablets, you could also make them into liquid solution using alcohol and tweak the dose very sightly, i.e. increase by 0.1mg per week. Unfortunately this drug is so potent and half life so crucial, and the API/filler ratio in tablets is so low, that micro adjustments are just not feasible. This is one of several reasons I find aromasin a much better choice for men.
