MESO-Rx Sponsor STANFORD PHARMA PUBLIC SALE 10/24/21

Yeah big dawg. Heal up!
Regardless how long you need!

No one is going anywhere. You’re one of the OG’s here and your products, attitude, and everything has made it so.

Health before anything.
Your stance in the gear world will always remain the same.

Stan if you need any medical guidance from an M.D. feel free to reach out. I'm a radiologist and see a LOT of lousy care resulting in bad outcomes at hospitals and from certain outpatient facilities... just make sure whatever you're dealing with is being handled properly and with coordination of the whole care team. The latter point is often lost in this era of sub-specialization where one doc has no idea what another is doing/prescribing.

It’s wild someone on a random forum has more brains, probably more legit knowledge and compassion than my doctors 5 minutes away from me.
I’ve seen countless doctors & specialists. Without insurance I’d be spending thousands. And guess what…still not a single one helped me. And definitely had zero clue what the other doctors have said or done for me.

Hope you’re getting the help you need Stan. Health issues are the absolute worse.

You've got to be your own advocate these days. Primary Dr's suck in general and are lazy. Question everything. Once you go to a specialist, I get better care. My primary won't do labs. I do them all on my own and bypass.

Hope you are healing up Stan. Whether you ship another pack or not I feel most of us just want to see you around and on your feet and the business side is irrelevant. You’re just an obvious stand up guy. Well wishes.

Bro. You going to recommend clinical correlation? Hahahaha.

Thank you, brother. Appreciate it.

Thank you guys for the continued kinds words and prayers. I should get the remainder of packs out by end of week. Should be back on my feet within the next few days, but will be taking a few weeks off. I'll post up when I'll reopen when I know for sure. Still not out if the woods completely. I will be down for another few weeks in December. Hopefully by then this will all be resolved. Thanks for understanding. Hopefully Primo will be available by then. No word on Mast yet.

As for the many, many pm's I'm getting to be put on the private list, I'm not private. I'm having health issues, but getting taken care of. Believe me, I'm doing the best I can to get back to it to open back up. Thank you guys.

Great news. Sounds like things are starting to turn around . Hope to see you back soon, take care

“Clinical correlation recommended” lol

Those words never go into my reports! I rather be wrong than hedge the fence, but I’m a minority with my specialty’s.
To be fair, in my line of work I'm amazed at the horrifying bad images submitted to a radiologist for "interpretation" with zero history and zero rule outs and zero clinical thought put into why they are even submitting the images for radiologist review. (How the fuck are the radiologists supposed to make chicken salad out of chicken shit?)

I am always impressed by the radiologists that are willing to go out on a limb and say "do this next dumbass.... ya know, just in case it's (insert rule out list)" as I can't imagine being able to stay sharp on the clinical/internal med side of things when staring at varying gradations of greys, whites,.and blacks and all day...with dabs of contrast thrown in for good measure.

I like (love) the way you think, sir.

P.S. although I am horrified by the state of medical care in the USA at this point, it is seldom laziness that leads to a GP doing a poor job... it's the corporate cattle-drive leading to all docs skipping over a history, physical exam, and differential diagnoses. Blame insurance and shit...(But still,.fuck that spoiled cocksucker who killed that CEO in NY....he can rot in hell...and I hate United Healthcare....(Rant over)...lol

Anyone doing the things that we do MUST, and i do mean MUST, direct their own healthcare. Even if you're not playing with the big boys and running 1500+ mg per week, it's imperative to be on top of the most recent data as it pertains to cardiovascular, renal, and GI / hepatic health.

I see a wonderful Ivy League trained cardiologist with multiple fellowships and over 100 publications to his name, and he was not very familiar with Pitavastatin (though he was happy to work with me / prescribe it) when I asked him about it. On balance, the healthcare system will not help you, and it's very likely to harm you over time (take a gander at the stats on iatrogenic morbidity / mortality). Obviously the GLP-1's are a godsend, with the broken clock being right twice a day and all..

There are some exceptions (surgical, oncology), but I must say, after working in the healthcare arena for a while on both the clinical and operational / financial sides, I am very impressed at the (overall) quality of information that is presented on this board. For example, the data shared by @Ghoul and others re: the statins / Zetia. I had to twist my cardiologist's arm to give me a Zetia Rx because it's indicated for secondary prevention (reminded him that even though I eat less than 40 grams of fat per day, all of the chicken adds up to a boatload of dietary cholesterol).

Stan - Be well, get rest - we're all pulling for you brother.

So true.

Hopefully no one here is using them, but ACE inhibitors have been definitely linked to development of lung cancer, independent of other risk factors, with risk elevation proportional to dose/duration of use. They should have been removed from the market years ago - ARBs have superior efficacy via a more direct mechanism and avoid the lung issues (cough, cancer) - yet are still prescribed by many cardiologists as first line antihypertensive drugs.

Exetimibe + pitavastatin resolve the dysplipidemia resulting from supraphysiolic androgen use, without increasing insulin resistance and risk of NODM.

I developed (diastolic) hypertension when natural and supraphysiologic androgens spike my BP. Even the strongest ARB (azilzsartan) plus nebivolol and Cialis (neither really a BP med) would keep it in a healthy range during the day when dealing with work stress. I learned about cilnidipine from @Ghoul, and now use Indian combo pills daily (ea 40mg telmisartan + 10mg cilnidipine) with ideal 24/7 with no side effects, and my stress levels are way down too. USA doctors are not even aware that cilnipidine exists, sadly.

With BP and lipids maintained in a healthy range and basic organ protection is in place, we have the option of moderate steady state PED use long term with health markers maintained, which I believe is far easier on the body than 'blasting' until unhealthy then 'cruising' until recovered, repeat infinitum.

6 weeks in on Stan’s Test E 1g, primo 600mg, and deca 375mg per week. Pinning Monday, Wednesday Friday. Bloods drawn Wednesday morning before pin. Still waiting on estradiol results. Feel fucking amazing!
Impressive numbers. Using an AI? If not the estradiol will be interesting with free test 9x higher than top reference!… if you’re feeling amazing you must be a great responder to however primo reduces E2 in some people.
