It’s a 10mg vial so depends how many MG you want each dose to be.

I’d put 1ml bac water into the vial so each dose is .5ml 50 units. So you’d get 2 weeks at 5mg each out of a 10mg vial.

For a 5mg dose yeah. 2.5mg is the starting dose.

Using vials up quickly after reconstitution is preferable anyway.

Both myself and partner are on Tirz, so insurance is shelling out $28,000 a year.

If your policy covers it, better get a prescription while you qualify. Once you qualify, you can stay on forever, basically, even being able to switch (I moved from Sema to Tirz despite being way under the required BMI).

But if you get too thin on UGL to initially qualify, you're shit out of luck.

Things have been bad for some time now. Buy what you can afford now, id say. But that’s just me.

Kind of a toss up. I've seen these scares many times and they only last a few months. I mean, we had one of these scares only about a year ago. That being said, it always feels like this one's different. All that being said, I don't think the pipe line will ever be truly stopped.
