Stalled growth! WTF! :(

I weigh 198 right now 15-20% bodyfat, I gained 8lb on first 2 week, then nothing last 2 weeks(not even fucking 1 lb!), but my strength keeps going up on every workout! Training intensity is using the workout link I posted at my first post, job is office job and i try to sleep 8 hours, but is restless due to tren, which is expected. I don't expect massive change, I just don't expect from 100mph to 0mph after 2 weeks though! lol. My gear is almost all from 24k and this is like my 3rd or 4th cycle, each got years in between.



Totally agree, I have taken advice of posters above and decided to up my calorie, maybe I am one of those people who needs way more calories. Will be hitting 5k+ calories this week and I will see how it goes. B4 I started this cycle, I was almost addicted to meth, that fucker reduced my test to 270 (the normal range is 250-800). On the cycle , it has increased to 2700+! So stuff is legit. Here is my bloodwork with this reply. My creatine is fuked up probably due to orals, I probably will cut them! I think its stressing out my kidneys. At least going back to gym killed any carving I had for stupid meth, don't even wanna look at that crap right now!

Did you take those bloods fasted?
I remember reading here that someone was eating enough calories, but they weren't evenly spaced out enough... ie he would eat 30G of protein here and 80g there... can't remember who it was though.
Anyways he evened it out so he is getting the same amount of protein every meal and that helped him gain weight.
 
Just keep eating man. And maybe throw in a junk food/ fast food meal with all that bro food you're eating. It will help you put on some weight.

Anyways he evened it out so he is getting the same amount of protein every meal and that helped him gain weight.

That's what I was getting at was the blood sugar. Pretty high up there!

As far as creatinine goes.... everyone who works out is going to have elevated creatinine levels because of the breakdown of waste products while you are exercising.

FYI OP, you probably want to increase your Tren E to 10 weeks because by the time it hit in week 4-6.. you'll be done in your 8 week plan. Also, Tren is mostly used for cutting (it could work for bulking-but there's other compound that would do better).. I remember, I was eating everything under the sun (still clean-no junk food, fast, etc) and was still losing fat!
 
Been on that program for only 4 weeks, didn't think that would be an issue. I can go ahead try that, got nothing to loose :)
Maybe up your protein intake? You know what they say, if you're a 200lbs lifter wanting to become 220lbs, gotta start eating like a 220lbs. Gotta eat to become a beast!
 
I have up my calories by 1k+ this week, lets see how this works out. I found other postings on the net with stalled growth, upping their calories solved the issue for them. Also, I was planning to experiment a little and switch from Tren E to Tren A for next 5 weeks, whats anyone thought on that?
 
Forget to write, if I decide to switch, it would be Tren A 50mg ED or 100mg EOD. And yea you can bulk on Tren, remember thats what its main purpose was when given to cattle. Its one of those compounds u can bulk, cut, etc depending upon your diet :)

I take tren a 3 times a week. Mon wed Friday. And sometimes one extra on sat or Sunday. 100 mgs at a time. Works fine for me.

I went over the net, and you are right, even though Tren does add mass, but only to certain extent, then you really really have to up your calories to gain weight on Tren. You get quality Muscle though. Since I am loosing fat and weight stays same, but my strength keeps going up, I must be getting muscles! Thanks for pointing that out. Right now I am going to start worrying less about weight gain, and just enjoy the left. In my July cycle, I will drop Tren or use it in last 8 weeks or so

You are experiencing recomp. Less fat, more muscles and fluid in muscles. Eat more. 1000 more calories with 100 grams more protein.

Edit- and I hope you are squatting three times a week. Legs, legs, legs.

@YoBigdaddy Yes, it will add lean muscle mass with the fat dropping off like hotcakes! Strength gains will only keep increasing..Like other said, don't worry about the food intake (eat big to grow!).. Eat clean and you'll make gains and drop bodyfat! Good luck bro!

I have taken the advice and gonna just force gulp the food down. Thanks to you all, I have realized that I reach the maximum for the amount of calories I am taking. Already, within 5 days of higher calories intake, I have increased 1.2 pounds, and increase by 0.2 inches in the size of my biceps, so yep, food was definitely it! It also thought me a lesson that I have to see for myself how I react, with anything I try. Some people, they will increase weight by taking 2k calories a day, others would have to take 4k for same amount of gain weight. Can't just copy and paste and use the same program someone else is using and expect the same result, both in nutrition and exercise
 
To bulk I would start 250 calories surplus from my TDEE.. If I am making progress- I maintain that surplus--if I stall (happens many time)- I increase by another 250. As long I am growing..I'll keep adding. :)

^^ this. Add a few slices of meat lovers pizza and you'll grow. In about the same weight as you and what your eating is right about what I need just to maintain weight. I'm actually cutting right now and I'm having a motherfucker of a time keeping my calories at 3000.

Took advice here and added 3 800 calorie almost clean drinks with 200grams of more chicken and the scale started moving again! I won't be cutting till I reach 220 , and probably do it with very low on gear on none at all, since my metabolism is naturally high
